Description

Tarlant’s Zéro is a Brut Nature Champagne from the Vallée de la Marne, built around Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier. Its origins include Œuilly, Boursault, Celles-lès-Condé and Saint-Agnan, with varied soils encompassing chalk, sand, flint and limestone. The blend includes reserve wines. Separate vinification by parcel employs spontaneous fermentation and time on the lees in oak, without inducing malolactic fermentation. Bottle ageing on the lees precedes disgorgement without dosage sugar. The name refers to this choice, which is central to the cuvée’s identity and the way it is made.
