Description

Tenuta Bellafonte’s Collenottolo 2017 is a Sagrantino di Montefalco DOCG from the Torre del Colle area in Bevagna, Umbria. Made from 100% Sagrantino, it is aged about 36 months in large Slavonian oak casks and spends at least 12 months in bottle before release. The wine is full-bodied and concentrated, with pronounced tannins and notable persistence; it pairs well with hearty meat dishes and mature cheeses.
