Tenuta Buon Tempo Brunello comes from Sangiovese Grosso grown at Castelnuovo dell'Abate, in the southern part of Montalcino. The estate focuses on differences in soils and exposures, with harvest decisions also guided by tasting the berries. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, and the wine matures mainly in large oak casks before resting in bottle. The importer describes woodland fruit, violet and spice, with a harmonious palate and polished tannins. This interpretation brings substance and freshness together within the sunlit landscape of southern Montalcino and the estate's attentive vineyard work.
