The estate's southern position, among vineyards, woods and olive trees, forms an important part of its character. Stainless-steel fermentation uses indigenous yeasts, followed by maturation intended to respect the fruit and natural clarification. The importer highlights ripe red cherry and spice, supported by a defined tannic texture and lively acidity.
