Description

The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano “Viacroce” Tenuta Calimaia 2021 is a DOCG red made from Sangiovese grapes grown in a single vineyard in the Pieve Cervognano area of Tuscany. Vinification includes skin maceration and controlled fermentation, followed by extended aging in French oak casks and additional bottle maturation. It shows an intense ruby colour with red fruit and violet aromas, subtle spice notes, and a structured, tannic yet balanced palate.
