Description

Tenuta delle Terre Nere’s 2023 Etna Bianco Superiore comes from the Salice vineyard in Milo on Mount Etna and is produced from the Carricante grape grown on volcanic soils. The bouquet shows floral and mineral aromas with citrus hints; on the palate it is fresh, saline and persistent. Gentle pressing and stainless-steel ageing are used to highlight the grape’s purity and the wine’s terroir-driven character.
