Description

Made by Tenuta delle Terre Nere, the Etna Rosso “Prephylloxera – La Vigna di Don Peppino” is sourced from historic parcels in the Calderara Sottana cru and from pre‑phylloxera, ungrafted vines. It is a classic Etna Rosso made mainly from Nerello mascalese with a small component of Nerello cappuccio. The wine is aged in French oak (barriques/tonneaux) prior to bottling and is produced in very limited quantities.
