Description

Tenuta Fontodi’s Case Via Syrah 2022 is a red wine from the Colli Toscana Centrale IGT made from 100% Syrah grown in the Case Via and Pecille vineyards near Panzano in Chianti. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts and a maceration in stainless-steel tanks for at least three weeks, followed by 24 months of aging in French oak barriques and casks. Its structure and concentration reflect the estate-grown fruit and the winery’s vinification approach. Recommended with red meats and game.
