Description

Made by Tenuta Meraviglia, the Maestro di Cava 2020 is a Bolgheri Superiore produced from 100% Cabernet Franc grown on volcanic soils in the Bolgheri area. Aromas include red fruit, tobacco and leather; on the palate it shows freshness, mineral character and well-integrated tannins following maturation in large oak casks. Vinification uses indigenous yeasts in concrete tulip tanks with roughly 24 months of ageing in 60 hl French oak casks.
