Description

The Tenuta Selvadolce Riviera Ligure di Ponente Vermentino “VB1” 2023 is a white wine made from 100% Vermentino grown on the estate’s vineyards in Bordighera, western Liguria. Farming is biodynamic; vinification includes spontaneous fermentation and ageing on the lees in wood. Aromas of Mediterranean herbs and white flowers lead into a structured, saline palate. It pairs well with seafood and white-meat dishes.
