Description

Tenute Capaldo’s Gulielmus Taurasi Riserva 2019 is a red from Irpinia (Campania) made 100% from Aglianico. The grapes come from a two-hectare vineyard in the Sala district of Taurasi, planted at 350–380 m and hand-harvested between mid-October and early November. Winemaking includes fermentation in stainless steel followed by 18–24 months in barriques and more than two years of bottle aging. The result is a structured Taurasi Riserva built for further cellaring.
