Description
Bottled by the Terlato & Chapoutier collaboration, the 2015 Saddleback parcellaire is grown in the Pyrenees area of Victoria, Australia. It is a parcel-selected Shiraz (S‑Block / Saddleback), fermented with extended maceration and aged about 12 months in French oak. Aromas of dark fruit, liquorice and spice lead to a structured palate with defined tannins and dark‑chocolate notes. Pairs well with red meat and has the potential to develop further with cellar time.
