Ephata 2019 from Terre de L'Elu is a white Chenin produced in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné in the Loire and released under the Vin de France designation. The cuvée is sourced from old-vine Chenin planted on schist soils (Gaudumeaux and Clos de l'Elu parcels) and is vinified partly in terracotta amphorae and in stainless steel. The estate is managed under organic viticultural practices.
