Description

Les Tosses from Terroir al Límit is a single-vineyard red produced in Les Tosses, Torroja del Priorat (DOQ Priorat). It is made from centenary Carignan vines grown on steep black slate soils at about 600 meters elevation. Harvest is by hand; the wine undergoes whole-cluster native fermentation and is aged roughly eight months in concrete. Production is small (around 3,200 bottles).
