The Ghirada Ocruarana 2021 from Teularju is a red wine from Mamoiada in the Barbagia area of Sardinia. It is made from grapes coming exclusively from the single vineyard (Ghirada Ocruarana) and produced from organically farmed Cannonau. At the winery the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation and extended maceration, followed by ageing in large oak casks.
