Description

The Mascot Napa Valley 2019 is a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon made from younger vines drawn from Harlan Estate, Promontory and the BOND holdings. Sourced from multiple hillside vineyards, the wine underwent extended oak maturation and was released after several years of aging. On the palate it shows concentrated dark fruit, balanced acidity and firm tannins that provide a full structure suitable for short- to medium-term cellaring.
