Rotsbank 2022 is a single‑site Chenin Blanc from The Sadie Family, grown in the Rotsbank vineyard on the Paardeberg within the Swartland. The wine is fermented in old foudres and aged on lees for about 12 months, showing pronounced acidity, mineral texture and an unusually firm tannic structure for a white. Aromas include flinty crushed‑eggshell notes, grapefruit and subtle tropical hints; the palate is dry with clear aging potential.
