From The Sadie Family, Kokerboom is a white wine made from old-vine plantings in the Citrusdal Mountain area of South Africa. It is a field blend of Sémillon (white) and Sémillon Gris, pressed and matured on the lees in cask for roughly 12 months. The palate is textured and concentrated, showing beeswax and lanolin aromas alongside green citrus and apple, supported by lively acidity.
