Description

Produced by The Sadie Family, Skerpioen is a terroir-driven white from very old vines planted on sandy, limestone-influenced coastal soils in the Swartland. A field blend of Chenin Blanc and Palomino vinified in old wooden barrels, it shows bright acidity, citrus aromatics and a pronounced saline-mineral thread. The palate is focused and precise, with white-flesh fruit, almond hints and a subtle spicy lift.
