It is a structured red wine made from 100% Shiraz that aims to show the site-specific fruit purity and the lively acidity typical of Eden Valley. Lamella is a distinct single-vineyard expression with a clear sense of origin. It is suitable for medium-term ageing when stored under appropriate conditions.
