Made by Théo Dancer in the Chassagne-Montrachet area, this Bourgogne Aligoté showcases the Aligoté grape from Burgundy. It typically displays the variety’s lively acidity with fresh citrus, green apple and white flower aromas, supported by a subtle mineral thread. Well suited as an aperitif or paired with shellfish and light fish dishes.
