Description

Théo Dancer’s "Alpestre" Gringet is a Vin de France cuvée from his micro-négoce, produced from the indigenous Gringet grape. The fruit is sourced from the Savoie region (Haute‑Savoie, around Ayze/Valley of the Arve) and vinified with minimal intervention to preserve site expression. Although Dancer is based in Burgundy, this bottling highlights the alpine character and freshness typical of Gringet.
