Description

Les Mémoires 2022 by Thierry Germain, from Domaine des Roches Neuves, is a Saumur‑Champigny made from Cabernet Franc. The cuvée comes from a small parcel of century‑old vines planted on flinty, calcareous soils and the estate is managed using organic/biodynamic principles. On the palate it shows structure, fine tannins and a mineral thread combined with red fruit and spice aromas, reflecting the Saumur‑Champigny terroir.
