A red wine from the Cornas appellation made from Syrah grapes grown in the Chaban lieu-dit. Winemaking typically features gentle maceration and spontaneous fermentation often with whole clusters, followed by ageing in used oak; sulfites are avoided prior to fermentation. The palate shows concentrated dark fruit and spicy notes, with an elegant structure and noticeable tannins.
