Description

Made by Thomas Dam in the Brochon area (between Fixin and Gevrey‑Chambertin), this Côte de Nuits‑Villages is labeled from the lieu‑dit “Queue de Hareng.” It is produced from Pinot Noir and typically sees barrel ageing in oak for around 18 months; some vintages are vinified using whole clusters. The wine shows red fruit character, fine tannins and an elegant structure consistent with Côte de Nuits‑Villages reds.
