Description

Aftorizo is a red wine from Thymiopoulos produced from a single-vineyard Xinomavro in the Naoussa PDO. The wine is made from ungrafted vines and shows a balance of freshness and structure, with floral hints and red-fruit notes. It spends about 12 months in 500-litre second-use French oak barrels to gain complexity while preserving the variety’s character. It can be enjoyed now or cellared for moderate ageing.
