Kayafas is a red wine from Thymiopoulos Vineyards produced in the Naoussa area (Imathia, Macedonia). It is a single‑parcel wine made from 100% the indigenous Xinomavro grape and is classified as PDO Naoussa. Vinification includes fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in second‑use French oak barrels. The wine represents a site-specific expression of Xinomavro grown near the village of Trilofos.
