A Cabernet Sauvignon from Timo Mayer made with fruit from the Yarra Valley in Victoria. It is frequently fermented whole‑bunch and aged in hogsheads with a small proportion of new oak, which highlights bright red fruit, blackcurrant and subtle herbal notes. On the palate it shows medium body, fine tannins and a balanced structure that combines immediate appeal with moderate ageing potential.
