Description

A Yarra Valley Chardonnay sourced from the Bloody Hill site and produced with a low-intervention approach. Fruit is whole-bunch pressed, undergoes wild fermentation and full malolactic conversion, then spends time in used hogsheads before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. The wine displays mineral and saline notes alongside citrus and white stone-fruit, with bright acidity and a textured, slightly savory palate.
