La Lumière Blanc 2023 from Maison Glandien (Tino Kuban) is a Burgundy white made from Chardonnay. The grapes come from organically farmed sites and undergo spontaneous fermentation followed by extended élevage in oak on the lees. The wine shows a structured profile with mineral tension, white fruit aromas and a saline finish.
