Les Écully from Maison Glandien (Tino Kuban) is a red Vin de France made from Gamay grapes sourced on the heights of Écully, at the border of Beaujolais and the Monts du Lyonnais. Produced with a low‑intervention approach and spontaneous fermentations (semi‑carbonic maceration), it offers aromas of red fruits and floral notes with a subtle mineral thread. On the palate it is lithe, with fine tannins and bright acidity, making it an easy‑drinking companion for lighter dishes and fresh cheeses.
