Made by Bénédicte & Stéphane Tissot in the Arbois area of the Jura, this wine is produced from the Savagnin grape. It is vinified and aged in the traditional “sous voile” (under-veil) style common to the region, giving it oxidative, complex character. Expect aromas of dried fruit and spice (hazelnut, curry), a saline backbone and strong ageing potential. Pairs well with richer dishes and mature cheeses.
