Description

The Arbois Chardonnay “Les Bruyères” 2022 from Domaine André et Mireille Tissot is a single-varietal white wine produced in the Les Bruyères parcel in Arbois (Jura, France). Grapes come from old vines farmed biodynamically on clay soils over blue marl; the wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in 228 L barrels with a small proportion of new oak for about 24 months. It shows concentration and mineral character and pairs well with fish, shellfish and white meats.
