Arbois Chardonnay “Les Graviers” from Bénédicte & Stéphane Tissot is a single-vineyard white from the Jura, made entirely from Chardonnay in the Arbois appellation. The wine shows pronounced minerality and a taut acidity that frame white-fleshed fruit and subtle notes of dried nuts, reflecting the calcareous terroir. The cuvée is crafted to showcase the vineyard’s specific soil expression and the varietal character of Chardonnay in the Jura.
