Produced by Bénédicte and Stéphane Tissot in Arbois (Jura), the Arbois Savagnin "Amphore" 2024 is vinified in terracotta amphorae from 100% Savagnin grapes. The wine aims to express the variety and the Arbois terroirs, presenting a dry, mineral-driven structure. Amphora ageing highlights aromatic purity and mouthfeel, making it a suitable match for seafood dishes and mature cheeses.
