Description

From Bénédicte & Stéphane Tissot (Domaine André & Mireille), this Côtes du Jura “En Barberon” is made from Pinot Noir grown on the En Barberon lieu‑dit, positioned east/west on clay and Lias marl soils. Vinification uses a portion of whole clusters and a relatively short maceration, followed by about a year of élevage in wood; the wine shows structured red-fruit character, spice and a characteristic mineral thread from the site. The vines are farmed biodynamically according to the domaine’s practice.
