Description

Savagnin Ouillé is a white wine from the Arbois area of the Jura. Made 100% from the Savagnin grape in an 'ouillé' style (barrels kept topped up to avoid oxidative ageing), it favors fresh, pure aromas. Aromas of citrus, white flowers and subtle hazelnut notes are present, while the palate is structured, mineral and savory. It pairs well with regional dishes, aged cheeses and mushroom-cream preparations.
