Description

Tissot’s Savagnin Sous Voile is a white wine from the Arbois area of the Jura, made from the Savagnin grape and aged sous voile in wooden casks. It typically shows oxidative aromas of dried fruit, hazelnut and spice, supported by lively acidity and a saline thread on the palate. The sous-voile ageing contributes layered complexity and a capacity to evolve in bottle. The wine represents a traditional Jura expression of Savagnin vinified in an oxidative style.
