The Tolpuddle Chardonnay 2021 is a single-vineyard white from the Coal River Valley in Tasmania. Fruit is hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed and aged in French oak for about nine months, producing a clear structure with bright acidity. Aromas of citrus peel, lemon, flint and subtle smoky tones lead to a concentrated, saline palate with a long, persistent finish.
