Description

The Tolpuddle Pinot Noir is a single-vineyard Pinot Noir from the Coal River Valley in Tasmania. It shows cool-climate aromas of red and darker fruits — cherry and wild strawberry — with violet florals and subtle spice. Fermentation uses a mix of whole berries and whole bunches and the wine is aged about 10 months in French oak (roughly one third new), producing fine tannins and lively acidity. Recommended serving temperature 16–18°C.
