Description

The 2022 Oberhof “Haghalde” from Tom Litwan is a single‑vineyard Pinot Noir from Haghalde in Oberhof, Canton Aargau. It is produced following biodynamic practices, undergoes spontaneous fermentation with a high proportion of whole clusters and is matured for about 12 months in used Burgundian barrels. Aromas of cherry, red berries and floral notes lead to a silky, well‑balanced palate where fruit and mineral tension coexist, and the wine displays notable aging potential.
