Description

Tommasi's Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2021 is a red wine from the Valpolicella Classica produced by the Tommasi family. It is made from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta grapes, which are air-dried in a fruttaio for about three months. The wine is then matured in wood for several years (approximately 3 years in Slavonian oak casks), contributing to its structure and concentration. Alcohol is about 15% ABV.
