Description

Tommasi’s Ca’ Florian Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva 2016 comes from the Ca’ Florian cru in the hilly Pedemonte area of the Valpolicella Classica. It is made from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella; the grapes undergo traditional drying for about 100 days and the wine is aged for four years (one year in barrique and three years in Slavonian oak casks) before bottle ageing. Full-bodied and long-lived, the wine’s declared alcohol is 15.5% vol.
