Au Fil des Générations is a white wine from the Jura by Tony Bornard, made from Chardonnay grapes sourced from several estate parcels. It is produced with minimal intervention and organic/biodynamic vineyard practices. Aromas show white-fleshed fruit, citrus and subtle mineral notes; the palate is medium-bodied with bright acidity and a savory finish.
