Tony Bornard’s Arbois Pinot Noir L’Aide MĂ©moire is a red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes grown around Pupillin in the Jura. Crafted with a low-intervention approach, it exhibits balanced structure and bright freshness. Aromas and flavors include red berry fruit and subtle earthy tones, supported by a mineral thread. Barrel ageing softens the tannins while preserving the wine’s tension and length.
