A single‑variety red made from Trousseau grapes grown in Pupillin, in the Jura region. The vines sit on characteristic marl and gravel soils and the winemaking follows low‑intervention principles to retain fruit clarity and vibrancy. Aging brings out fine tannins alongside red-fruit and peppery notes, giving the wine structure for short‑ to medium‑term cellar development.
