Description

Le Ginglet is a red wine from Tony Bornard made in the Pupillin area within the Arbois district of the Jura. Produced from 100% Trousseau grapes, it typically offers red-berry aromas, subtle spice, and occasional oxidative or nutty nuances. The winemaking follows a low-intervention approach with natural fermentations and minimal sulphur, yielding a medium-bodied wine with gentle tannins. It pairs well with lighter meats, charcuterie and soft cheeses.
