Melon Le Rouge Queue 2018 is a Jura white made exclusively from Melon à Queue Rouge grown on the blue marls of Pupillin. Aromas of white fruit and citrus are supported by clear mineral notes and a saline tension on the finish. The wine is produced with native fermentations and aged in large oak casks or old barrels, following a minimalist cellar approach. It is structured and persistent, with a smooth texture and strong food-pairing potential.
