Le Ginglet 2019 is a light red made from Trousseau grown in the Pupillin area of the Jura. It shows a pale ruby colour with aromas of red berries and subtle spice. On the palate it is fresh, with gentle tannins and a flowing, slender profile. Best served slightly cool alongside lighter dishes.
