The Mammouth Géorgien 2020 from Tony Bornard is a white wine from the Jura, labelled Vin de France and made from Savagnin. It is vinified and aged in Georgian amphorae (qvevri), with extended maceration and lees contact, following a minimal-intervention approach. The wine shows pronounced textural character and a distinctive amphora-driven expression of its terroir.
